Research use only. Not medical advice.
This is a living archive of historical and continually changing material — published papers, regulatory documents, public commentary and community accounts — gathered for research and personal reference. It is not a clinical resource: nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or dosing guidance, and a statement being recorded here does not make it true.
Records are summarized in our own words; summaries can be incomplete or out of date, and sources can be corrected or retracted after they were collected. Always read the original source, and talk to a qualified clinician before acting on anything you read here.

Every record is a card with its source, date (as the source states it — relative Reddit dates are never recomputed), verification status, and a note on why it is in the corpus. Badges flag anything that needs care:
Summaries, abstracts and key points are paraphrases, not quotations. The only verbatim text is clearly labelled: the third-party posts that Dr Powers was replying to, and recovered post bodies. Those posts often describe their authors’ own health, so their Reddit usernames are removed throughout the site and its downloads.
Every record belongs to exactly one collection. The Library opens on all of them; the main corpus or a curated collection is one click away. How each collection was gathered is set out in the methodology.

Raw material stays out of the public library: the full Reddit-history archive and its index, gene-library fetch audit trails, per-axis sweep working files and build scripts. Video transcript files are listed on their records but not yet bundled.
The complete release in a public edition: identical to the maintainers’ release except that private individuals’ Reddit usernames are replaced with “[username removed]”. Dr Powers’ own handle is kept. Row order matches the numbered catalog.
